Our discretionary program is reserved for special market situations.  This usually involves large technical formations on weekly, daily and monthly charts. 

We employ pure technical analysis in determining entries and exits.  Most of the time less than 2% of our capital is at risk in any one discretionary trade and less than 6% of our capital is at risk in all discretionary trades combined.

We look for large breakout formations, retracements in a trend, trend changes and tests of highs/lows as triggers to enter a trade.
